Alexander Riegle, MS

Alex Riegle was born in Seattle, Washington and moved to southern Orange County at an early age.  He began playing sports at the age of four and has never stopped being active.  A three-sport athlete in high school, Alex’s sporting career was cut short by a severe boating accident that required more than six months of physical therapy; that experience inspired him to pursue a profession in which he could rehabilitate others.

As a Kinesiology student at Fresno State, Alex discovered the importance of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and became passionate about the field of holistic wellness and helping others maximize the quality of their lives.  Recently receiving his Master’s degree at CSU Fullerton in Clinical Exercise Physiology he spent two years assisting with physical activity research in obese and disabled children.

A premier personal trainer in Orange County, Alex is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and has received his TPI Level One Certification.   With seven years of personal training experience and three years of working in rehabilitative exercise, he has become an expert in the field.  He believes that proper fitness is essential to a happy life and his aim is to assist people in creating sustainable habits that will allow them to stay active and healthy for as long as possible.  Alex’s hobbies include golfing, cross-training, any and all water sports, hiking, snowboarding, reading, and travel.
